Play on the course
Visitors, like everyone else, are expected to maintain a reasonable pace of play. As a guide, a 3 ball should aim to complete a round within 3 1/2 hours. Players are expected to watch the pattern of play, both in front of and behind their own game, and must give way if they are holding up the match following their own.
Please note that Stirling has a local rule which requires that both visitors and members give way to club championship matches. The professional will let you know if there are any special games in play that day.
Stirling Golf Club Dress Code – Smart casual
No denim jeans, football/rugby tops/shorts, collarless tee shirts, track suits or training shoes allowed on the golf course (trainers may only be worn by players under the age of 18). Smart, clean jeans and training shoes may be worn in the Clubhouse.
Mobile phones cannot be used in the Lounge/Dining areas of the Clubhouse, or on the golf course.
We hope you enjoy our course and club house facilities, in the event that you need any further help please contact us at email@example.com
Catering (please check restaurants/bars)
Trevino’s Restaurant provides a full catering service for small or large visiting parties – throughout the year. Please contact the Club Secretary on 01786 464098 option 2 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for details of our golf packages. Please note we have different opening hours for different times of the year, please check the appropriate website page for full details. Names and addresses of pre-booked visitors will have been previously notified; but please note casual visitors are required to sign the ‘Visitors Book’ on entering the Clubhouse (for health and safety reasons).
